The Recruitment Specialist role at YWCA Toronto is a full-time position focused on employer engagement and job development. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct employer outreach to identify hiring partners
• Generate qualified job leads each month
• Perform labour-market scans for emerging trends
• Match clients with employer leads monthly
• Coordinate hiring event preparation workshops
Requirements:
• 1–3 years of recruitment or job development experience
• Knowledge of the Toronto labour market
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to meet performance targets
• Experience with CRM tools
