Key Responsibilities:

• Provide recruitment guidance to TCHC staff and managers

• Maintain qualified candidate pools proactively

• Initiate relationships with hiring managers

• Review resumes and coordinate interview processes

• Manage recruitment statistics to improve efficiency

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary education in HR or related fields

• 3-5 years’ experience in HR administration focused on recruiting

• Knowledge of collective agreements

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Understanding of employment regulations and standards
