Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various positions
• Conduct intake meetings and open requisitions efficiently
• Screen resumes and coordinate interviews promptly
• Advise hiring managers on talent gaps and market trends
• Track metrics and support recruitment events
Requirements:
• 5–7 years in Talent Acquisition with high-volume focus
• Experience with Workday Recruit and advanced Excel
• Strong relationship management and organizational skills
• Post-secondary degree in HR or Business Administration
• Resourceful and adaptable with a passion for recruitment
