Position: HR Generalist for VinFast
Support team members at Vin Fast Canada as an HR Generalist during a temporary 3-month term. This role focuses on employee relations, recruitment, and HR operational support.

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist passionate about enhancing the employee experience. You'll provide daily HR support, manage various HR processes, and assist in talent management and employee engagement initiatives. This role is integral as we expand our workforce and enhance HR policies across our head office and showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries

• Build strong relationships with employees and leaders

• Support workplace concerns and performance issue resolutions

• Administer core HR functions including onboarding and offboarding

• Prepare and maintain HR data and reports

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of HR generalist experience

• Degree in Human Resources or relevant field

• Experience in employee relations and performance management

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of Canadian employment laws and HRIS experience
