You will own the entire recruitment process from initiation to hire, collaborating with hiring managers to define requirements and improve hiring metrics. Utilizing creative sourcing methods and data analytics, your goal is to provide an outstanding candidate experience and maintain pipeline health. Continuous improvement and experimentation will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own requisition management from start to finish

• Source candidates creatively through multiple channels

Requirements:

• 3-5+ years of experience in recruiting

• Experience in fast-paced startup environments
