With at least 8-10 years of experience in talent development, you’ll lead the execution of multiple projects while implementing effective onboarding and performance management strategies.

Requirements:
• 8-10 years in adult learning or related fields
• Proven track record in project management
• Strong consultative skills for business needs
• Experience with digital content creation tools
• Bilingual in French and English is a plus
