Position: Senior Learning Consultant Role

In this role, you'll partner with business leaders to translate core learning needs into structured programs that enhance skills and drive performance. With at least 8-10 years of experience in talent development, you’ll lead the execution of multiple projects while implementing effective onboarding and performance management strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leaders to assess learning needs

• Design and deliver learning programs for employees

• Act as an internal consultant for training initiatives

• Lead multiple projects, managing timelines effectively

• Create engaging digital learning content

Requirements:

• 8-10 years in adult learning or related fields

• Proven track record in project management

• Strong consultative skills for business needs

• Experience with digital content creation tools

• Bilingual in French and English is a plus
