Position: Contract HR Specialist

As a Contract HR Specialist, you will be pivotal in developing training programs and employee recognition initiatives within JIAS Toronto. This role emphasizes collaboration with leadership to maintain high HR standards and to foster an engaging workplace culture. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver training sessions on HR topics

• Identify and coordinate professional development opportunities

• Monitor compliance with mandatory training programs

• Assist in onboarding and orientation for new hires

• Support employee surveys and feedback evaluations

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or similar

• 3+ years of progressive HR experience

• Demonstrable skill in training program design

• Knowledge of Ontario HR legislation is essential

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS tools
