Key Responsibilities:
• Act as an HR business partner for stakeholders across regions
• Provide insights through data analysis and regular reporting
• Manage employee relations and conflict resolution effectively
• Coach managers on providing quality feedback regularly
• Oversee talent review discussions and succession planning
Requirements:
• Over 7 years of HR experience in professional services
• Strong employee relations and compliance knowledge
• Familiarity with HR policies across the US is preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Power Point
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
