As a mid-level manager with Metta Lifestyles, you will contribute to creating thriving retirement living environments. You’ll directly oversee payroll management while championing benefits administration, recruitment, and employee relations for approximately 315 staff members across various communities. This role combines strategic thinking with practical execution to enhance the employee lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll processing for salaried and hourly employees

• Oversee employee benefits and wellness initiatives

• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding processes

• Administer and improve HRIS and payroll systems

• Provide guidance on labor relations and performance issues

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline

• Minimum 10 years HR and payroll experience

• Knowledge of HRIS systems, ideally ADP Workforce Now

• Strong labor relations experience in a unionized setting

• Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification or in progress
