• Source high-quality talent in robotics and autonomy
• Collaborate with founders and technical leaders
• Foster a strong pipeline of candidates
• Enhance the candidate experience throughout the process
• Employ innovative recruitment strategies and techniques
Requirements:
• 5+ years of recruiting experience required
• Proven ability in sourcing technical talent
• Familiarity with ATS systems such as Ashby
• Previous experience in high-growth startups
• Bonus:
Experience in hiring GTM roles
