As a pivotal leader in Human Resources, you will enhance organizational effectiveness while ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
Your role includes managing end-to-end recruitment, performance management, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Build strong relationships with leadership to drive initiatives and monitor workforce metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment campaigns and onboarding programs
• Enhance performance management and recognition programs
• Develop succession planning strategies for future leaders
• Ensure compliance with federal and provincial labor laws

Requirements:
• University degree in Human Resources or related field
• CHRP designation or equivalent education
• 5-7 years HR and payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of Canadian labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
