Key Responsibilities:
• Guide managers on employee relations and workforce planning
• Cultivate relationships across diverse business locations
• Coach on performance management and engagement
• Facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes
• Support succession planning and career development
Requirements:
• 7+ years of HR experience as a Business Partner
• Bilingual in English and French
• Degree in HR, Business, or related discipline
• Proficient in employee relations and performance management
• Travel across Canada as needed
