Key Responsibilities:
• Administer compensation, benefits, and pension plans
• Manage leave and disability administration effectively
• Support employees and management with HR policies
• Facilitate payroll and HR systems operations
• Oversee compliance and pay equity initiatives
Requirements:
• Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
• CHRP designation is a plus
• At least 2 years of relevant HR experience
• Proficiency in HRIS and reporting elements
• Class G driver's license required for local travel
