As a permanent, full-time member of a high-performing HR team, you'll report to the Manager of Organizational Learning & Development.
Your role focuses on designing impactful programs for onboarding, leadership, and employee engagement. You'll partner with various HR teams to innovate learning solutions aligned with business needs and assess capability gaps for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and enhance enterprise-wide learning initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external experts to develop programs
• Conduct needs analysis to inform learning strategies
• Create engaging materials and facilitate interactive sessions
• Measure program effectiveness and inform improvements
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in HR or related field
• 5+ years of experience in organizational development
• Professional designation in adult learning preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Strong communication skills for effective workshops
