As the Director, MSC Canada & People Lead, you will provide strategic HR support across multiple locations. You will influence business strategies on engagement and culture while partnering with leadership teams to prioritize workforce planning. This role focuses on leveraging data analytics and facilitating change management for effective people processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with key stakeholders across Canadian sites

• Oversee labor relations strategy and compliance

• Drive cultural engagement initiatives and coaching

• Collaborate on strategic talent acquisition and development

• Support site leadership in attendance management

Requirements:

• 10+ years in Human Resources leadership

• Experience in manufacturing and supply chain

• 3+ years managing labor relations in unions

• Proven track record working across multiple sites

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field
