Key Responsibilities:
• Source and recruit high-quality VARs targeted to market needs
• Execute structured recruitment and onboarding processes
• Build and optimize Canadian VAR recruitment strategies
• Collaborate on partner enablement and operational execution
• Report on recruitment KPIs and recommend enhancements
Requirements:
• 5+ years in partner, channel, or ecosystem development
• Successful background in developing and enabling VARs
• Strong understanding of partner economics and business models
• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration
• Proven ability to align recruitment with growth goals
