Reporting to the Managing Director - People, Process & Technology, you oversee multi-entity payroll functions, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. Key skills include payroll administration, analytical reporting, and strong proficiency in ADP Workforce Now. This position allows for collaborative projects designed to enhance payroll processes and workforce analytics for approximately 410 employees.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer three bi-weekly payroll cycles for 410 employees
• Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve issues promptly
• Lead payroll systems administration and optimization
• Develop workforce reports and identify trends
• Ensure compliance with relevant payroll legislation
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years progressive payroll experience
• Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now preferred
• PCP certification is strongly preferred
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and reporting
• Experience with payroll process improvement
