Covenant House is on the lookout for a dedicated People & Culture Administrator to join its team. This role involves managing HR administration, payroll support, and employee engagement initiatives within a nonprofit environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct system audits for HR accuracy
• Manage all HR documentation and filing
• Provide guidance on HR policies to staff
• Assist in compliance with safety and health regulations
• Support the maintenance of the P&C SharePoint site
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education with HR focus
• 2-3 years relevant HR administrative experience
• Strong database and Excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Self-motivated with team collaboration skills
