In the role of Associate Director, you will integrate coaching into leadership practices across the organization. Collaborating with senior leaders, HR, and Talent Management, you will create impactful development programs and tools that strengthen leadership capabilities. Your expertise in coaching will be instrumental in educating leaders about effective coaching practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement a comprehensive coaching framework
• Deliver coaching to senior leaders on performance and resilience
• Lead community practice for trained coaches
• Develop innovative leadership development paths
• Ensure alignment with organizational goals and coaching ethics
Requirements:
• 7-10 years of experience in organizational development or coaching
• Experience with senior leaders in matrixed organizations
• Strong skills in engaging senior audiences
• ICF accredited coaching certification or equivalent
• Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Drive a transformational coaching culture within OMERS to elevate leadership performance and engagement.
