Elevate the HR functions at UJA Federation of Greater Toronto as a Payroll & Benefits Operations Specialist, managing payroll and employee benefits in a supportive hybrid environment. Your detail-oriented approach will enhance our operational efficiency.
As a valued member of the Human Resources team, you will execute payroll processes, maintain records in ADP and BambooHR, and assist in the administration of employee benefit programs. With five years of payroll experience, you will ensure compliance with regulations and contribute to HR initiatives reflecting UJA's core mission of fostering community and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately through ADP
• Facilitate benefits enrollments and modifications
• Provide HR operational support and employee inquiry responses
• Maintain vacation and leave tracking systems
• Assist in payroll reconciliations and audits
Requirements:
• Degree in finance, accounting, or HR
• Minimum of 5 years in payroll and benefits
• Knowledge of payroll in unionized settings
• Advanced Excel capabilities
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
