Your role will focus on onboarding and meticulous data management.
As the Payroll Lead, you will be responsible for the full-cycle payroll functions, including onboarding new hires and addressing payroll inquiries from retail and corporate employees. You will boost operational efficiency by enhancing payroll SOPs while maintaining strict compliance with tax regulations and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle bi-weekly payroll processing workflows
• Oversee new hire data entry and file management
• Ensure compliance in employment status changes and terminations
• Support payroll reconciliation and audit processes
• Improve payroll practices and maintain accurate reports
Requirements:
• 3+ years full-cycle payroll expertise required
• Experience in retail environment preferred
• Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now or similar systems
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication skills at all levels
