You'll attract, screen, and onboard business professionals, while conducting exit interviews and enhancing HR initiatives. Your strong background in specialized searches will support the firm’s objective to maintain a culture of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Qualify candidates for permanent and contract positions

• Build networks of distinguished professionals

• Implement strategic sourcing strategies for hiring

• Partner with managers to define recruitment needs

Requirements:

• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience

• Strong grasp of HR principles and legislation

• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems

• Exceptional relationship-building capabilities
