In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Manager of Talent Acquisition to execute comprehensive recruitment strategies. You'll attract, screen, and onboard business professionals, while conducting exit interviews and enhancing HR initiatives. Your strong background in specialized searches will support the firm’s objective to maintain a culture of excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Qualify candidates for permanent and contract positions
• Build networks of distinguished professionals
• Implement strategic sourcing strategies for hiring
• Partner with managers to define recruitment needs
• Enhance the firm's employee value proposition
Requirements:
• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience
• Strong grasp of HR principles and legislation
• Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Exceptional relationship-building capabilities
