Join Flight Centre Canada as an Employee Relations Business Partner. Engage directly with leaders and employees to support a fair and accountable workplace through hands-on HR guidance.
The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in HR, particularly in employee relations, and thrives in complex environments. Your primary focus will be managing employee relations cases, conducting thorough investigations, and providing strategic HR support. You will coach management on best practices while contributing to HR initiatives across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide operational HR support for employee inquiries
• Oversee employee relations from case intake to closure
• Conduct investigations with detailed documentation
• Facilitate training for leaders on HR policies
• Assist with compliance and change management needs
Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR experience
• Experience with investigations and performance management
• Strong detail orientation and communication skills
• Ability to balance tactical and strategic HR responsibilities
• French language skills preferred for the role
