Role Overview
The Senior Human Resources SAP S/4
HANA Consultant will lead the design, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4
HANA HR capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with Success Factors and downstream HR, payroll, and talent systems. This role partners closely with HR, IT, and cross‑functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and high‑quality HR technology solutions.
Location: Toronto or Calgary
Work Mode - Mostly Remote
Duration - 3 months
Key Responsibilities
HANA HR configuration and customization to support core HR processes and integration with Success Factors.
HR mini master data model, including setup, governance, and ongoing maintenance.
end‑to‑end integrations between S/4
HANA HR, Success Factors, payroll, talent management, and other enterprise systems.
system testing cycles (unit, SIT, UAT), ensuring solution quality and alignment with business requirements.
HANA best practices.
Required Qualifications
SAP S/4
HANA HR or SAP HCM
, including advanced configuration expertise.
HR mini master structure, configuration, and data dependencies.
HR integrations across payroll, organizational management, talent management, and Success Factors.
Nice to Have
Success Factors Employee Central integration to S/4
