In this hybrid role, you will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Canada’s Go-To-Market team. Your responsibilities include developing talent pipelines and engaging actively with sales communities. Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for GTM roles
• Build long-term talent pipelines through engagement
• Deliver high-touch candidate experiences
• Mentor peers on Canada-specific TA practices
• Support America’s team with targeted hiring needs
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in talent acquisition
• Proven track record in revenue-generating roles
• Experience in a metrics-driven recruiting environment
• Exceptional stakeholder partnership skills
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
