Key Responsibilities:

• Support manufacturing leadership in performance and HR strategies

• Oversee HR activities to ensure labor law compliance

• Drive talent development and performance management

• Manage organizational change and integration efforts

• Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field

• 5+ years in HR within manufacturing

• Authorization to work in Canada and the U.S.

• Strong knowledge of labor standards and HRIS

• Proven experience in managing HR teams
