Your role will also involve identifying capability gaps and devising proactive hiring solutions to meet the business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as an advisor on talent strategies
• Manage recruitment lifecycle for senior roles
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Utilize market intelligence for hiring decisions
• Collaborate with HR to align talent approaches
Requirements:
• 5+ years in talent acquisition, ideally in professional services
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced sourcing abilities and ATS proficiency
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• AI tool experience or willingness to learn
