The Career Foundation is looking for a dynamic Employer Engagement and Placement Specialist to support job seekers and employers. This role emphasizes relationship building, job development, and successful placement outcomes. Candidates should have a strong background in employer engagement or business development and a passion for community support. Work in a hybrid model with frequent travel to employer sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop employer relationships to align with client job skills
• Conduct outreach and build networks across various sectors
• Identify hiring needs and market opportunities
• Coordinate interviews and hiring processes for clients
• Support employer engagement activities for success
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary diploma or degree preferred
• Minimum two years of relevant experience required
• Ability to negotiate agreements with employers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
