Key Responsibilities:
• Adapt global early careers strategy to local needs
• Foster a high-performance culture among recruiters
• Build partnerships with universities and organizations
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging data
• Track and report on recruitment metrics and trends
Requirements:
• Over 6 years of experience in early-career recruitment
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
• Proven leadership and change management expertise
• Experience with ATS and digital tools like Taleo
• Knowledge of trends in early-career hiring
