Position: MSF HR Business Partner Role

In this HRBP role, you will take responsibility for people management tasks that shape organizational effectiveness. Your experience in employee relations and understanding of workplace accommodation will be key as you support team dynamics and facilitate conflict resolution. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead employee relations and case management

• Deliver HR advisory services to staff

• Facilitate performance management processes

• Oversee attendance and leave management

• Assist in recruitment and talent lifecycle activities

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field

• Extensive experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roles

• Proficient in employment standards and safety legislation

• Experience working in mission-driven organizations preferred

• Fluency in both English and French is a plus
