Job Summary
As the HR Business Leader, Canada, you will be the strategic HR partner to business leaders across Canada, shaping the people, culture, and organizational agenda that enables sustainable business growth. You will drive workforce and talent strategies, lead organizational transformation, and foster a high‑performing, future‑ready organization while ensuring a consistent HR approach across Canada.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement people strategies that enable business growth and organizational effectiveness across Canada.
- Partner with senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and critical talent decisions.
- Lead organizational transformation and change‑management initiatives, ensuring successful adoption of new ways of working.
- Drive a high‑performance culture through leadership coaching, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Represent HR in Canada leadership forums and cross‑functional business discussions, influencing strategic business decisions.
- Build and strengthen the Canadian HR Community of Practice, fostering collaboration, capability building, and knowledge sharing.
- Partner closely with People Solutions and People, Labor & Relations teams to deliver an outstanding employee experience and ensure effective HR service delivery.
- Champion innovation, digital HR solutions, and continuous improvement to enhance organizational effectiveness and business performance.
- Extensive senior HR leadership experience partnering with executive leaders in complex, multinational organizations.
- Proven expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, succession planning, workforce planning, and organizational transformation.
- Strong experience leading large‑scale change‑management initiatives and helping leaders successfully navigate ambiguity and transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and inspire senior leaders while building high‑performing and engaged teams.
- Passion for developing people and creating an inclusive culture that fosters collaboration, engagement, and continuous growth.
- A strong innovation mindset with curiosity to challenge the status quo, embrace digital solutions, and continuously improve ways of working.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted partnerships across a global matrix organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) and fluency in English.
