Talent, Culture & Development Specialist Job Description
We look for a creative, organized, people-focused Talent, Culture & Development Specialist to shape a strong employee and candidate experience. This role supports the full employee journey: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, communications, learning & development, recognition and retention.

Principal Responsibilities- Coordinate full‑cycle recruitment activities: job postings, screening support, interview scheduling, candidate communications, reference checks, offers and hiring administration.
- Support employer branding, candidate experience, job profile updates and recruitment process improvements.
- Design and coordinate onboarding activities, orientation schedules, new‑hire communications, probation touchpoints and early employee experience follow‑up.
- Support engagement surveys, listening activities, action planning, culture initiatives, employee events, recognition programs and retention activities.
- Coordinate learning and development programs, training calendars, leadership development rollouts, employee development resources and training records.
- Prepare employee communications, monthly newsletter content, program announcements and culture‑related messaging.
- Partner with the HR Manager and HR Generalist to identify manager training needs, engagement themes, retention risks and employee experience improvements.
- Provide accurate new‑hire, onboarding, recognition and training information to payroll and HR administration as required.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Approximately 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR coordination, onboarding, training coordination, communications or employee engagement support.
- Strong organization, coordination, communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Strong writing skills for job postings, employee communications, onboarding materials and newsletter content.
- A creative and practical mindset, with the ability to translate ideas into activities, timelines, communications and follow‑up actions.
- A service‑oriented approach and commitment to creating a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Comfort using HR systems, spreadsheets, survey tools, presentation tools and communication templates.
- Professionalism, confidentiality and the ability to collaborate effectively with managers, employees, HR colleagues and external partners.
Artificial intelligence will be used in sourcing, reviewing and communicating with candidates for this position.
Salary & BenefitsThe expected annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 – $70,000. Actual total compensation may include variable incentive pay.
