Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment activities, including candidate communication
• Interface with managers to address training and engagement needs
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires
• Assist with planning employee events and recognition
• Prepare and share employee messaging and newsletters
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in HR or recruitment roles
• Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills
• Proficient in writing onboarding and communication materials
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to work confidentially and collaboratively
