Key Responsibilities:

• Build trusted relationships with employees and leadership

• Resolve workplace grievances efficiently and fairly

• Collaborate with HR teams for effective employee support

• Partner during business transitions and program launches

• Act as Health and Safety representative on-site

Requirements:

• University degree in HR or related field

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience

• Strong knowledge of employment law

• Exceptional communication skills

• Experience with Google Workspace and Workday preferred
