• Location:
  Toronto, ON - Hybrid (4 days a week at the office+ 1 day home)
• Pay Rate: $36.94/hr - $43.62/hr
• Contract Length: 12 Months with possibility for extension

• Managing onboard process from end to end
• Support recruiters and Sr. Recruiters for ad hoc request
• Post requirements for Sr Recruiters

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiter experience, agency experience within a fast-paced environment (i.e., recruitment within a corporation – recruiting for corporate roles) – 35 offers per month
• Experience working with senior leaders
• Strong organizational, time management and process management skills necessary to maintain a high-volume workload, as well as keen attention to detail (accuracy)
• Proven problem-solving skills; analytical and numeric reasoning skills
• Collaboration, work under pressure, quick to adapt
• The candidate must be based in Toronto

• Workday/Phenom experience
• Agency environment recruitment within a corporate recruiting for corporate roles is preferred
• FI experience nice to have
• HR certification
• HR Degree
