Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist

Make an impact at Docebo as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist in a hybrid role based in Toronto. This position focuses on strategic recruitment to support our global growth initiatives.

As part of a 6-month contract, you will lead the recruitment cycle, partnering closely with leadership to identify and implement effective talent solutions.

Your role will directly influence the growth of diverse teams and provide candidates with a remarkable experience reflective of Docebo's values. Leveraging your expertise, you will help refine our recruitment strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offers

• Collaborate with leaders to create effective talent strategies

• Build and maintain diverse candidate pools using innovative sourcing

• Deliver insights and best practices as a recruitment advisor

• Continuously enhance the employer brand and recruitment metrics

Requirements:

• 6+ years in-house Talent Acquisition experience

• Experience in tech or SaaS organizations

• Expertise in technical and marketing recruitment

• Strong analytical skills related to recruiting data

• Ability to support and mentor junior team members
