Drive strategic HR initiatives at RBC as a Human Resources Business Partner in Toronto. Support leaders with talent management and organizational development for impactful results.

In this full-time role, you will provide expert counsel to leaders in Personal Banking, focusing on Customer Engagement & Data and Cards & Loyalty. Key responsibilities include advising on talent sourcing, organizational change, and performance management. Leverage HR data to enhance employee experience and inform strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer advice to leaders on HR-related challenges

• Execute HR’s People and Culture strategy effectively

• Collaborate on talent sourcing and development plans

• Guide organizational design and change management

• Utilize data insights to influence HR initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources

• Undergraduate degree or diploma required

• Strong relationship management and communication skills

• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information

• Proven skills in change management and consulting
