Key Responsibilities:
• Administer Short-Term and Long-Term Disability programs
• Manage pension enrollments and retirement transactions
• Oversee health, dental, and wellness benefits
• Ensure compliance with employment standards and legislation
• Maintain accurate employee records for reporting
Requirements:
• Several years of experience in HR or benefits administration
• Knowledge of pension and employment legislation
• Proficient in HRIS and payroll systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Certified Employee Benefits Specialist or similar designation
