You’ll be pivotal in maintaining communication and tracking engagement, essential for our growth and IPO aspirations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in high-volume cold calling to potential applicants

• Source candidates through Linked In and job boards

• Conduct initial assessment calls to gauge qualifications

• Schedule interviews between selected candidates and teams

• Document interactions in our CRM system

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related

• 2-3 years of experience in HR or sales outreach

• Excellent communication and persuasion abilities

• Comfortable with substantial phone outreach

• Strong organizational skills and follow-up
