In this hybrid role, you will support the Talent Attraction team by building talent pipelines for various roles and executing outreach campaigns. Work closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and HRBPs while engaging passive candidates to nurture relationships and facilitate their journey to Moneris. Your ability to analyze data and share insights will drive sourcing effectiveness and enhance overall talent strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with HRBPs to align sourcing strategies
• Proactively source candidates using multiple tools
• Engage passive talent through personalized messaging
• Track sourcing activities and pipeline health
• Build relationships with external talent partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources
• 1–3 years in talent attraction or sales
• Experience with sourcing tools like Linked In Recruiter
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze pipeline metrics and outreach performance
