About the Role  As HR Manager for Canada, you will take full ownership of both Human Resources and Administration functions. You will ensure compliance with Canadian labor laws, support organizational development, and oversee all administrative operations to enable efficient and well‑structured business execution. This role plays a critical part in shaping the company’s people strategy and driving organizational success. It is a hands‑on leadership position where your expertise will directly influence business growth, workplace culture, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities   Ensure compliance with Canadian labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals and organizational growth.
Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning   Lead recruitment and selection processes, with a focus on key, technical, and managerial positions.
Manage headcount planning, workforce forecasting, and staffing optimization.
Improve recruitment efficiency and quality of hire through structured processes.
3. Compensation, Benefits & HR Budgeting   Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
Manage HR budgets, workforce cost control, and headcount optimization.
Support annual compensation reviews and incentive planning processes.
4. Performance Management & Employee Development   Drive performance management systems including goal setting, performance reviews, and improvement plans.
Lead organizational development and capability‑building initiatives.
Coordinate training, learning, and competency development programs.
5. Employee Relations & HR Operations   Manage employee relations matters with confidentiality, fairness, and professionalism.
Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization.
Handle employee concerns, conflict resolution, and HR operational issues.
6. HR Analytics, Reporting & Compliance   Monitor HR and administrative KPIs and prepare regular management reports.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and internal control processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement in HR and administration functions.
Oversee office administration, facilities management, and workplace operations.
Manage office services including supplies, vendors, maintenance, and workplace safety coordination.
Ensure efficient day‑to‑day administrative support for all departments.
Coordinate company events, employee engagement activities, and internal logistics.
Manage administrative budgets and ensure cost‑effective operations.
Oversee travel arrangements, office procurement, and general office support functions.
8. Cross‑Functional & Global Collaboration   Collaborate with global HR and corporate teams on policies, systems, and initiatives.
Support corporate projects, audits, and transformation programs.
Act as a key partner to leadership across HR and administrative matters.
Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR roles.
Strong knowledge of Canadian labor law and HR best practices.
Experience managing both HR and administrative/general affairs functions is highly preferred.
Experience in multinational or fast‑growing organizations is an asset.
Fluency in English and French is required.
CPHR designation is preferred.
