In this position, you will be instrumental in launching and sustaining seamless recruiting operations while ensuring new hires feel welcomed. Key Responsibilities:
• Create and manage job postings in the ATS
• Partner with recruiters for a consistent candidate pipeline
• Track completion of onboarding workflows
• Troubleshoot onboarding issues proactively
• Collaborate on recruitment metrics and reporting
Requirements:
• 1-3+ years in HR operations or recruitment support
• Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications
