Position: Talent Acquisition Coordinator for Ontario Line Projects
Drive hiring practices as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator supporting The Ontario Line project. This senior role focuses on compliance and candidate experience, bridging HR with project teams.

As part of the Elevated Guideways and Stations Contract team, consisting of ACCIONA and Amico, you'll be pivotal in recruitment efforts across multiple teams. Your expertise will ensure effective hiring processes, aligning candidate sourcing with the project’s operational demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment for various project positions

• Review and post job descriptions accurately

• Manage interview logistics, both in-person and virtual

• Conduct evaluations of candidates’ qualifications

• Keep meticulous recruitment trackers up to date

Requirements:

• Degree in HR, Business Administration, or similar

• 3–5 years of HR coordination or talent acquisition experience

• Familiarity with large-scale project staffing environments

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Experience with ATS and HR digital tools
