This role focuses on partnering with leadership to guide employees through the entire lifecycle. You will lead annual compensation planning, manage talent reviews, and facilitate performance improvement plans, ensuring a fair process throughout. Your strategic advisory will empower leaders to embrace AI-driven tools for enhanced productivity and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end people support for a defined Director-level leadership team

• Lead compensation planning and performance calibration annually

• Facilitate talent reviews and develop succession plans

• Champion AI-driven initiatives enhancing productivity

• Manage employee relations cases with discretion and fairness

Requirements:

• Proficiency in both English and French

• 3+ years in a P&C Business Partner or senior HR role

• Experience coaching Director-level leaders in complex situations

• Strong judgment in handling employee relations and terminations

• Post-secondary degree in HR or related field
