This role spans 18 months and reports directly to the Director of Human Resources. You will work closely with the HR project implementation team to ensure a smooth rollout of the HRIS system. Your primary focus will involve analyzing and refining HR processes to optimize the system’s performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with HR teams for system implementation
• Analyze and refine HR processes within Workday
• Provide support and training to HR staff
• Monitor system performance and report issues
• Assist in data migration and validation tasks
Requirements:
• Proven experience with Workday HRIS systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication skills for team collaboration
• Previous experience in HR or HR projects
• Familiarity with data migration processes and validations
