As a key player in Dayforce's HR team, you will address complex employee relations concerns, guiding investigations, and providing essential support to leadership.
Your role requires deep knowledge of HR practices, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster positive relationships across diverse teams. The position also involves training and developing comprehensive strategies to prevent potential issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address high-risk employee relations conflicts and issues
• Serve as a resource for HR and management on ER inquiries
• Review and improve ER policies and procedures
• Conduct thorough investigations and compile findings
• Track and analyze employee relations data and trends
Requirements:
• Advanced understanding of employee relations and HR best practices
• Proven problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of Mauritian labor laws
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in multinational team collaboration
