This role blends recruitment, marketing, and outbound strategy, requiring you to identify and engage high-caliber talent proactively. You'll implement innovative sourcing campaigns, analyze funnels, and optimize the recruitment process for greater pipeline efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own talent demand generation and pipeline strategies
• Create campaigns for sourcing high-value talent pools
• Use AI tools for personalized outreach and research
• Analyze funnel metrics and test optimization strategies
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners
Requirements:
• 3+ years in recruiting, sales, or demand generation
• Strong understanding of data-driven funnel metrics
• Creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional methods
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
