As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you'll collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and HRBP and leverage various sourcing tools to build diverse talent pipelines. You’ll also take part in hiring events and early talent programs that showcase our Employee Value Proposition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on sourcing strategies for diverse roles

• Proactively source candidates using Workday and Linked In

• Nurture candidates through outreach campaigns

• Track and report on sourcing metrics and performance

• Build relationships with external talent partners

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources

• 1–3 years of recruitment or marketing experience

• Familiar with sourcing tools and techniques

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Ability to analyze data for sourcing strategies
