In this pivotal role, you will report to the Senior Vice President, Human Resources  seek an HR professional with a strong background in recruitment and employee relations, ready to advise and coach leaders throughout the organization. This position requires engagement in all facets of HR while enhancing our transformative impact in the real economy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance performance management systems and HR initiatives

• Direct recruitment processes to attract top talent

• Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires across offices

• Provide actionable HR policy guidance to leaders

• Support manager coaching through performance feedback

Requirements:

• At least five years of HR experience essential

• Experience as HR Generalist or HRBP required

• Strong foundation in employee relations and coaching

• Proven ability to influence without authority

• Preference for CHRP designation holders or candidates working toward it
