The Senior Manager, Employee Relations Analytics and Insights, at RBC will oversee comprehensive reporting practices and tooling enhancements to improve data quality. You will analyze large datasets, manage process deliveries, and facilitate insights for senior leadership. Leveraging Employee Relations and HR data sources, you will develop proactive risk analysis and reports impacting the organization's operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define reporting data and process requirements efficiently
• Identify data management and quality improvement opportunities
• Produce insightful reports for business partners and senior leaders
• Manage ongoing reporting schedules and initiatives
• Analyze Employee Relations and HR data sources comprehensively
Requirements:
• Proven experience managing large data sets
• Education in data, IT, or a related field
• Strong change management and process improvement skills
• Ability to learn and apply data principles in Employee Relations
• HR knowledge is a plus
